Start Part 2 - Out of Stock, Data Sheet, Discontinued Items, and Tags
1. Out of Stock
2. Data Sheet
3. Discontinued Items
4. Tags
#1 Can be executed anytime there is products in the Database. Status mode of STCtoPresta does not matter. This button will download the latest out_of_stock.csv file from STC, then it will adjust the Quantity of PrestaShop data base. If an item is in stock it will put a 1 in the quantity, if the item is out of stock it will put an 0 in the quantity. So you will need to adjust your PrestaShop Preferences to look like this:

Note: Some have asked me to make the in stock number larger so they could do some kind of stock level check. This is not possible, STCtoPresta would need to remember the stock status of each and every product. As long as STC only gives In and Out of Stock with 1 and 0. Then this will have to stay the same. Additionally in my humble opinion with the number of web sites selling from the various vendors, any info given would be out of date almost immediately.
#2 Best to run when STCtoPresta is in "Update Only" mode. This button will add a Data Sheet to any products that have features listed for it. Because products can move if STCtoPresta is in "New Database" mode, then it's best to wait for this button.
#3 Like Out of Stock button, can be run in any mode This button will download the latest discontinued.csv file from STC, then it will match that file against PrestaShop data base. To maintain the integrity of the data base the items are inactivated instead of deleting.
#4 Like the Data Sheet button, this is best to wait for "Update Only" mode. Once in that mode, this button will get unique words from the first 2000 products in your database and create links to all products that contain those unique words. I also limit the size of the words to at least 5 characters to help eliminate short words. This setup allows for approximately 1000 unique tag words, with 13,000 thousand links to products.
