Prestashop v1.4.x Import changes on page two.

With the latest version of PrestaShop there have been changes in the way the image import system works. Now the categories must be specified in the Image import csv file. With STCtoPresta 1.4 I've added this new requirement. Now you must make the second page of the import look like this:


Be sure all the yellow highlighted areas show the same for your second import page and save as STC or some other name you choose and then everytime you get to this page all you'll have to do is click Load and then Import CSV data buttons.
