How to make sure STCtoCart is connecting correctly with STC's API?
Open STCtoCart Options > Order Status:
Enter any number in the text field, if you receive this:
| Status | 9999 |
| Message | An invalid username / password has been submitted. Please contact sextoyclub.com support. |
Then you don't have the correct Username / Password for connecting to STC. Open Options > STC Login Info and enter the correct Username / Password for STC!
If you receive this:
| Status | 9999 |
| Message | Invalid Reference Number |
That is a normal response from STC because the number you entered is not in their history of previous orders. An order that has previous been shipped will show something like this:

Any of the above are normal responses from STC's API!
