Why do I get "There are not enough funds in your account balance to pay for this order"
I'm always getting emails like this:
Good Morning! I am trying to make a test order, and I am getting the following error:

Where is this coming from? I do have a credit card on file with Sex Toy Club, and there is a small account balance, definitely enough to cover this $4 order, so I don't understand why it is not going through.
Well here is the answer:
STCtoCart is doing it's job by returning SexToyClub's answer to your order. Just because you have a credit card on file does not make you a Qualified Drop Shipper. They also need your company information for example Federal Tax EIN and if living in California they need your Sales Permit. You need to contact SexToyClub to fix any issues they may have with your account. Again this is not an error with STCtoCart software, so you need to resolve your account problems by visiting:
