I am so amazed at Mike's attention to customer service! He was there at every step of the way when I ran into problems (user error on my part). I am ecstatic that I found STCtoCart. It has made my life so much easier. Keeping a webstore's inventory up to date is so important. I have had one too many dropped sales because items were no longer in stock or available. If I ever switch to Magento, I will use MIke's software again.

STCtoMag is great. Got great support when i didn't manage to install the script at first.
STCtoMag allows me to import my STC feed and keep it up to date without any hassle.
A great script that is well worth it's price!

Developer lacks customer service. Is very prompt in returning emails however, when you ask for help or if other options are a possibility or to modify script you get attitude, NO and comments that are not necessary, especially for a new store merchant still trying to learn the software and process that STCtoCart offers and how it works. The developer nor the software are for novice merchants DO NOT use if you dont have some programming experience or api training as the developer does not seem to want to assist even for payment.

In response, this customer received over 20 emails of assistance within 3 weeks time, free of charge, and that's not counting the assistance extended since Sept. 2010 when he first became a customer. At one point, I had to give detailed instructions for setting up shipping for Zen cart because he couldn't find the time to learn how to do this himself even when I gave him the links that are available at http://www.zen-cart.com/ In fact, he wanted me to modify my software to allow for multiple vendors. However STC clearly states on: http://shop.sextoyclub.com/page/stclub/2527/SexToyClub-Datafeeds.html
"Drop ship customers can add these outside vendor items to their site as well, but must keep shipping considerations in mind: if your customers place orders with items from multiple vendors, you will be assessed shipping fees from each vendor – you must calculate shipping properly to make sure you don't lose money."
I told him flatly I will not modify my software because of the above reason. I also explained that his order for UPS Next Day air would end up costing him money, because it came from two different vendors. In spite of all my assistance given, he added this wonderful testimonial in thanks for all my previous help.

I have purchased the stc2cart and stc2mag. Both scripts work awesome. Mike's level of support has been to the highest par. I can't say enough good about the software, and the support from Mike! A+++++++++

I've been doing online retail for quite some time now, but had NEVER used Zen Cart or sold any adult products. Being a little intimidated, I was a bit reluctant to get the ball rolling. That was until I met Mike and STC2Cart! After only a couple of emails back and forth, Mike had made it VERY easy to understand what I was getting into, and even helped me with other things not even related to his product!
He helped me install his product, and then offered a ton of help after wards.
So far, STC2Cart has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I have no idea why anyone would want to do it any other way! STC2Cart literally pays for itself within the first hour! With the ability to load all of the products, and the ingenious API, it will actually MAKE you money, and save you a ton of time.
I am so glad I decided to go forward with this! Without Mike and STC2Cart, I would have still been stuck on "Step 1" - Great product!

I can't say enough great things about the STCtoCart script and the script's author. The script is invaluable and the technical support provided by Mike was above and beyond. STCtoCart is a "must-have" piece of software ... and a fantastic deal at the small price. I've spent much more on far less. If there's anyone out there wondering whether they should purchase STCtoCart, refer them to me. I will sing Mike's praises to anyone and everyone!

I have found customer service to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I had technical issues with STCtoCart but was fix rather quickly. I can not see why anybody that does not pocess a lot of computer skills would have a website and do business with STC without buying STCtoCart. Well , I guess you can do the feeds your self but it is a lot of time wasted. I highly recommended getting STCtoCart if you are interest in SextoyClub and having your own site.
